The Unexpected Route to Nastova
I have a theory. Maybe founders aren't made. Maybe they're born. As a kid, I knew I wanted something of my own. No clue what, just a stubborn sense I'd figure it out.
My career took a winding route. I studied civil engineering, finished my exams, then walked away from the thesis. I learned coding instead. That decision opened doors to web design, illustration, branding, packaging, and all kinds of playful creative work.
At the same time, my style and space got more colorful. I love structure, but I was getting curious about what happens outside the plan.
Connecting the dots.
Around 2022, I was collecting skills without a map. An online course on Ikigai helped me see how creativity, structure, and sharing could fit together. Nastova finally made sense.
I planned to build it in public, then had to stop. A difficult health period changed my perspective and priorities. Coming back, Nastova felt clearer.
My most demanding client? Me. I chose to build the whole thing myself: strategy, design, copy, site, learning as I went.
Looking back, Nastova ties it all together. Engineering shaped how I think, coding gave me freedom, design gave it color. Now I have a place to experiment and share what I learn.
Spend less time saving ideas, more time making them happen.
